Mind activities for the gifted students at the lessons of students' interest – Memoriada (Mind games)

<p style="text-align: justify;">Since 2015 I have been involved in a school activity called Memoriada (Mind games), where the gifted students take part as well. The objective is to enforce the brain to active thinking with the help of different mind games, activities for memory boost, concentration and performing activities, tricks and methods to memorize larger quantity of data. Participating in such activity as a part of a school curriculum is up to students and the main goal is to encourage students to realize that performing different methods enable faster memorizing and more productive learning. Through the course the students meet with the exercises and challenges which are mostly present at competitions in mind sports Memoriada. Mind competitions are a brilliant way to better memorizing and learning, therefore the ‘mind athletes’ at the school level competition compete at several mind disciplines: Binary numbers, Random words, Made up events, Random numbers.  When they qualify for the national level the students compete in 10 disciplines according to the rules of International Mind sports association: Random numbers, Random words, Made up events, Names and Faces, Abstract images, Binary numbers, Fast cards, Cards, Fast numbers, Spoken numbers.<br>
