Giftedness is a behavior or condition that can be developed at certain moments in the life of some people with skills above the average of the regular population and can be described as academic or productive-creative. For the identification of giftedness, it is necessary to have the intersection of three rings that are Skill Above Average, Creativity and Involvement with the Task (Renzulli, 1997, 1978). Recognizing that these pillars should be observed in a larger context involving social, family, school and everyday problems, special dedication to these young people becomes necessary. The present work presents an Extension Program started in March of 2017, developed at Tiradentes University (UNIT), in Aracaju, Sergipe, Brazil. General Objective: to offer students with indication of giftedness, activities based on the Triadic Model of Enrichment (Renzulli e Reis, 1986). Specific Objective: to profile each student and plan enrichment activities of type I, II and III using UNIT laboratories. The project involves 23 students between the ages of 11 and 16, attending elementary and middle school in a traditional private school in the same city. The meetings take place weekly at the UNIT premises and last for two hours. Professionals from the desired areas participate along with fourteen academic monitors who plan weekly activities with the coordinator. At the present time, type I enrichment activities are being applied involving technical visits to the laboratories. The students are in observation to draw their profiles so we can direct them to the enrichment activities of type II and III.
