Asking yourself how can we get these young people into movement since everyone is constantly in front of their computer and similar devices, and knowing that the whole thing has to be fun, I thought to myself, “Let’s do it in a package!” We all know how young people just love doing selfies in any place or version, so what I did is, I created a route approximately 4 km long in the school’s district. I pinpointed 18 spots, made a selfie on the spot and printed the photos on an instruction list. Therefor the student has to find these spots, make a selfie and get back to the final point as soon as possible. Running in this form can also be organized in pairs, triples or larger groups, where one of the runners is photographed in such a way that the other members are visible in the background. The condition is therefore that the whole team runs together. Each competitor (or team) can also offer one photo for the additional prize. The winner is reduced by one minute for the final result.
