Gifted pupils are a common topic but not until they reach higher grades. They aren't tested and recognized until the end of the third grade. Why not use and take advantage of their strong areas before? Form teachers monitor their pupils daily, therefore quickly recognizing pupils who possess a talent in a certain area. They can be recognized at the beginning of their schooling, but my article focuses on third graders. Most often gifted pupils are included in different programmes, cultural events, competitions, projects etc. Beside these activities third grades (which haven't been identified yet) can be included in the learning process, thereby enriching it. Some pupils aren't good at learning but possess a talent in a certain area and it is only right to encourage them to participate in enriching the classroom. Pupils have prepared different PowerPoint presentations about countries, animals, living environments, musicians, instruments, sports, books, writers etc. Besides that, pupils have prepared different types of math tasks, warm-up activities, music accompaniments, presentations of different art techniques and experiments, explanations of demanding competition tasks ... Such activities promote and enhance the pupils' strong areas even in the early years, along with often replacing the teacher during the teaching process.
