Dear Colleagues, Parents and Friends of the Gifted and Talented,
The International Talent Education Institute (ITEI, MIB) in cooperation with the Center for Creativity and Talent (Faculty of Pedagogy of the University of Primorska) and AxyLu Academics (USA) organizes the IX. on-line international scientific conference entitled Talent Education, which will be held on October 16th and 17th, 2024.
We invite you to join us with a presentation and a paper in the conference proceedings. One of the didactic challenges of the modern school is how to adapt lessons to the diverse educational needs of students in the classroom. Therefore, the central theme of the conference will focus on teaching and learning adjustments in regular classes, both from the point of view of individualization and differentiation, as well as from the point of view of teaching and learning methods. How to encourage and develop the potential, giftedness and talent of children and students through creative, perspective, critical thinking, problem solving, discussion, projects, research work and authentic learning (solving real problems, making products, prototypes) and other approaches. Everyone is invited, from kindergartens to universities, to present and share examples of good practice with us.
We encourage anyone to attend this conference. The participants will include: teachers; university academics; psychologists; education policy makers and managers; gifted and talented program coordinators; school heads; graduate students; parents.
